Claire Lacey, MSc, GISP
Principal Consultant
Claire Lacey is an environmental scientist and GIS professional with over 19 years of experience across environmental science, geomatics, and infrastructure-related projects in both the public and private sectors.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography (GIS) from the University of Lethbridge and a Master of Science in Environmental Science from the University of West Florida. Claire is a certified Geographic Information Systems Professional (GISP).
Claire’s professional experience includes environmental assessment, climate change resiliency analysis, spatial data analysis, hydrology, regulatory compliance, and technical reporting. She has worked extensively with municipalities, infrastructure owners, rail and port authorities, engineering teams, and public agencies.
She is known for her ability to translate complex environmental and spatial data into clear, decision-ready insight, and for delivering high-quality work that aligns technical rigor with practical project needs.
